When will my items arrive?

Your order will arrive in mid-November.  


The website will not allow me to move forward with my order. Why is the ‘Proceed’ button not
clickable?

Please ensure that you have marked the boxes where it asks you to agree to the Terms & Conditions as well as the Returns Policy of this website.


My address is not being recognized on your system – it says it is nonexistent. What should I do?
Please ensure that all the fields are filled out correctly (i.e., country, state, city, zip code, etc.). If all is
correct, please contact us via email for assistance.


Can I change my order? 
Yes, you can add other items, update sizes and update quantities up until the last day of the store being
open (through October 12). Please email us with your order #, and we will update it for you.


Why does an error message occur when I try to log in to my account?
Please check to see if there is a ‘Logout’ button in the top, right-hand corner of the page. If it is there,
please log out and tryto  log in again.


How do I return my items?
We only accept returns for items that we mis-ship. If this occurs, please e-mail us. 


Who is running this site?
Crooked Monkey, a branded merch company, is running the site. We handle everything – design,
production, fulfillment, and shipping.
